Results of the February #Anywhere5K 1,200 Mile Challenge

1200 Mile ChallengeThis weekend we challenged you to run a collective 1,200 miles over the course of two days. On Saturday, we accumulated a whopping 780 miles! The following day, we added 755 miles. By the end of the weekend 177 people ran a grand total of 1,535 miles.

In the process many runners set personal records (PR), completed a 5K, 10K, half, full, or even ultra race for the first time or as a veteran. Families ran together, dogs ran with their bipeds, some walked the walk, others braved the treadmill. What unfolded was nothing short of amazing.

Each time we host a challenge we are continually impressed with the dedication you have, not to the challenge, but to one another. We came together as an #Anywhere5K community and we all reached our goal together!

And now for the good part. Since we met BOTH of our goals we’re giving away an #Anywhere5K hooded sweatshirt, two Road ID gift cards, and one GU Energy Labs prize pack of energy gels!
