As part of National Cancer Control Month, we hosted the Run For Rhodes #Anywhere5K to remember those we have lost, support those fighting this disease,  recommit to progressing toward effective cancer control, and to honor runner, father, and cancer survivor, Dustin Rhodes.

How inspiring it was to watch each one of you run your own race and share your experiences with the global community. A huge thanks goes out to all of you for celebrating our anniversary with us! To celebrate one year of #Anywhere5K races we returned to the race that started it all, The #Anywhere5K.

For the #Anywhere5K Team Challenge we celebrated International Friends Month by running as an #Anywhere5K community.

Be it on a team, or solo, you all did a rocking job! We had a great team turnout, and plenty of solo runners as well. We had runners of all ages. And together, we ran all over the world. For that we salute each and every one of you.

For the Run Fur Fun #Anywhere5K we wanted to celebrate animals and raise awareness and dollars for the Humane Society. You all did not disappoint.

Many of you visited the Humane Society’s donation page and shared some money love, others showed your support by running, and some did both.

While we didn’t see anyone running with llamas or a sasquatch, we had plenty show up with their four-legged buddy. Here’s how the race turned out…
